Chicken feet and paws are parts of the chicken that are commonly used in certain cuisines, particularly in Asian countries. They are often used in soups, stews, and broths to add flavor and nutrition to the dish. Chicken feet and paws contain collagen, which gives them a gelatinous texture when cooked, making them a good source of natural thickener for soup and stews.

In addition to their culinary uses, chicken feet and paws are also used in traditional Chinese medicine as they are believed to have healing properties. They are said to be beneficial for joint health, and are sometimes used as an ingredient in supplements or topical treatments for arthritis and other joint conditions

  2. Processing: The chicken should be processed and packaged according to international standards, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) guidelines.

  3. Packaging: The chicken should be packed in airtight, leak-proof bags or cartons to prevent any contamination during transportation. The packaging should also include clear labeling with product information, weight, and other required details.

  4. Temperature: The chicken should be frozen at a temperature of -18°C or below to ensure food safety and freshness.

  5. Shelf Life: The shelf life of the chicken should be sufficient for export, typically around 12-18 months, depending on the storage and transportation conditions.

It is important to note that these are general specifications and the specific requirements may vary depending on the importing country's regulations. Therefore, it is important to research and comply with the regulations of the country you intend to export frozen whole chicken to.

  • Processed/UnProcessed Chicken Paws/Feet of Grade A+, A and B Quality 

  • Chicken feet weight between 35g-45g ,

  •     chicken paws between 25gr-35 gr (variance less than 5% of any feet below 30g) 

  •  Washed & Cleaned 

  •  Without broken bones or nails (variance less than 5%)

  •  White skin (outer yellow skin off- Processed paws only)

  •  Moisture content less than 2%

  •  No bad smells

  • Black spots less than 5% ,(for A+  0% black spot)

  • No excessive blood (Processed Chicken feet)

  • Blast freeze up-to -40C

  •  Packed in 10kg/20kg cartons

  • Transport in temperature controlled vehicles.
